Mueller Spiana la Strada per l'Impeachment di Donald Trump

Il procuratore speciale Rober Mueller, incaricato due anni fa di indagare sulle interferenze dei Russi nella campagna per le Presidenziali USA 2016 si e' deciso a dare la sua interpretazione autentica sul report di 448 pagine elaborato dal suo stesso staff. Il ministro della giustizia William Barr due mesi fa aveva dato una versione "addomesticata" dell'indagine svolta da Mueller, tanto da far dichiarare a Trump che si riteneva completamente scagionato da qualsiasi accusa e che la caccia alle streghe era finita nel nulla. Ma Mueller nella sua ultima apparizione nel ruolo di procuratore speciale del Russiagate ha voluto chiarire i punti controversi del report, che in sintesi sono: 1) Le interferenze russe nella campagna presidenziale del 2016 ci sono state e sono comprovate; Let me begin where the appointment order begins, and that is interference in the 2016 presidential election. Ora Trump e' costretto a fare marcia indietro rispetto alla esultanza di due mesi fa e trova come linea di difesa il generico garantismo che si concede anche ai gangster : nessuno e' colpevole in assenza di prove. William Barr 4 Ma l'indagine di Mueller in realta' a fornito prove ed evidenze quantomeno sul fatto che Trump ha ostacolato le indagini in piu' occasioni e con diversi comportamenti e questo per la legge americana e' un crimine perseguibile e puo' essere alla base del impeachment. I sostenitori della messa in stato d'accusa del Presidente guadagnano posizioni, non solo tra i Democratici ma anche tra i Repubblicani. Clamoroso il caso del senatore repubblicano del Michigan Justin Amash, noto bastian contrario, che ha iniziato una campagna pubblica per chiedere l'impeachment di Trump. Anche se non si arrivera' al procedimento di accusa, per Donald Trump il tormentone del Russiagate non si e' affatto concluso.
